Truly thankful for the gift of life, might I add staying alive.
Last year 2022 was so bad for me. I woke up one Thursday morning in Ukraine to go to work as usual not knowing I had woken up to another path. My life changed. I thought it would all go away in a few days but then here we are, still moving.
I left for safety. Travelled for over 18hrs but the stress didn’t stop coming. I was moved to about 5 different ‘not so conducive’ locations in like 2 weeks. I was traumatized. I cried so much. My tired was very tired. Legit felt I couldn’t keep going at some point. Had to make decisions, sought advice from fam and friends which even got me more confused lol.
Got refusals, made mistakes but I kept on going. I celebrated with others still hoping on mine. I prayed. Told God that I needed this breakthrough before my birthday and as always, “HE DID”!
Grateful to God for keeping me, for not letting me give up. Thankful to my family and friends who constantly made sure I was okay.
This year has started well for me and I serve a God that completes what He starts! (Phil. 1:6) Cheers to many more blessings🥂🙏🏽
Ykw, regardless of how things turn out, there’ll still be a way out. Let go of every disappointment. Try not to worry about things you have no control over. Just follow your heart, Trust God, Have faith and PRAY!!!!!
