June 13th, Mixed Teams of 4 😤😤🔥🔥
3 Divisions - Novice, Scaled and Int/RX
Whether this is your first ever event, or if you’re a seasoned vet, we’ve got you covered fam!
The purpose of the KnoxFit games is to create the atmosphere of an external event, with the support and aroha of an in-house event 🤍
We also strive to make our events as affordable possible, especially in these tough times.
Movement Standards and Early Bird Registrations will be released this Friday 1st May!
We’ll also be having an open class @knoxfit_aotearoa 8:30am on Saturday May 9th for anyone keen to find out more before signing up.
As always, our event is capped at 3 heats to make sure we finish before 1pm, so hit up your mates and get your team organised, you don’t wanna miss out on this one 🤩

to create an atmosphere filled with support, camaraderie, and MANA for everyone on the gym floor, regardless of where you come from or what gym you represent.
We’re not trying to be a player on the CrossFit event scene, we just want to provide regular opportunities for our KnoxFit whānau to discover their greatness, and to welcome like-minded gym whānau who share our core values. Communities that show up for each other, cheer loud, and support with genuine aroha - just as we do for them.
