First time ever stepping on the scale and I was 1lbs over the limit. Somehow my scale at home seems to be working differently because we were right in the spot leaving the crib.
But 1lbs of course was nothing we worried about as we got one hour to make it. 10 mins and a tip to the bathroom were enough 🫡
Now finally time to eat🙏
Couldn’t there be a better omen for the upcoming competition than getting a pre stage therapy session and lymphdrainage from on of the worlds best classic guys and german team college @mikethebadass ?
I asked Mike weather he knows a good therapist here in Pittsburgh and as he was also clueless he offered me his help as he learned some therapeutic skills a while ago. Couldn’t be more thankful for that offer and feel extremely honored for that. This is a true friend and team fella🫶🙏
