Over the past two years I have been working on a commission by @ue.germany to create my largest sculpture to date. The Pink Bear pavilion will be on display from 30 May to 9 June 2024 in Hamburg, Germany, at the @altonale.de Balkon during the Altonale cultural fair. Visitors will have the unique opportunity to enter the sculpture and experience my latest series of works titled “Introspection”, consisting of 50 mixed media artworks that I have also been working on over the past two years.

@luap is exhibiting a monumental new painting at @londonartfair presented by @nlfframers Booth M5 Three Pink Bears sit shoulder to shoulder, deep in the ritual of eating Fish and Chips. For LUAP it is about working class roots, shared memory, and the lasting comfort found in simple pleasures. The setting is Steels in Cleethorpes, a place that is personal to him, a family landmark tied to Birthdays, Special Occasions, and one final meal with his Grandad. It also represents the gathering places many of us know, where warmth and togetherness are built around hot plates and worn tabletops. ‘Golden Chips & The Three Bears’ Film by @altcoclique #londonartfair #LAF #luap #thepinkbear #contemporaryart

With great excitement we announce @luap as the next artist up in our incredible creatives roll call. It’s the first time we have joined forces with Luap and has been a long time coming but we are certainly making up for lost time with the exhibiting of the massive masterpiece ‘M with Tears’. LUAP’s practice explores how psychological states shaped by memory, personal history and internal contradiction can be made visible through symbolic image-making. At its centre is a recurring figure: The Pink Bear. Bold and surreal, the character functions as both alter ego and emotional cipher - a tool for investigating identity, visibility and vulnerability. It reflects the tension between how we are seen and what we carry beneath the surface. Get yourself your free ticket via the link in our bio. RSVP is essential. What are you waiting for? X

‘Golden Chips and The Three Bears’ , 2025, Oil & Acrylic on Canvas, 244cm x 183cm New paintings on show @londonartfair @nlfframers from 20th - 25th January Find them at booth M5 In this work, The Pink Bear (an emotional cipher originally developed through cognitive behavioural therapy) is no longer a lone figure. The grouping of the three suggests a collective - a support system, a conversation, and the feeling of being held within a familiar, warm space. Golden Chips & The Three Bears asks viewers to look closer at the rituals of their own lives. It celebrates the joyful friction of being together, and how the memory of a hot meal in a cherished, ordinary room can stay with us long after the plate is cleared, transforming the humble, local restaurant into a temple of shared human experience. #londonartfair #luap #pinkbear #contemporaryart #art
