West Coast Pilsner with Anchovy hops
Ship of Theseus returns!
SoT uses crisp lager yeast, clean Pilsner malt, and the choicest Anchovy hops (not fish) from Yakima Valley. We then allow it to lager, as it might’ve on the ship ride home from battle. While SoT’s mouthfeel is light and bright, it has an assertive hoppy finish of watermelon, raspberry, and pine.

😈 DEVILS IN THE CANYON (3.9%) 😈
Easy IPA with Citra & Strata
Oh honey, let’s ride.
We wanted a hazy IPA we actually liked that we could still drink 6 of. This is it. Suffice it to say that devils in the canyon is meant to be consumed in multiples.
It’s okay to be scared. But I think we’re gonna make it out alive.
Available to-go and on draft now. The sun is out, we open at 11am and the patio is ready for you.

Raw Hop Saturated Ale with Citra, Nectaron, Riwaka, & Strata
So often, people praise beer, wine, or spirits by saying it’s “smooth” or “balanced.” As in, “this is really balanced.” Or, even more profoundly, “yea it’s smooooooooooth.” It’s hard to say less with so many words.
Fortunately, this beer is neither smooth nor balanced. Drinkability be damned. Subtlety was left at the door. Flavor was let in. “Raw” means no boil so nothing drops out. “Hop saturated” means extra hops (9lbs per barrel, to be exact) to melt your mouth. “Ale” means ale. Raw hop saturated ale.
Speak Through Me will be served on a side pull faucet for a short time, starting today, to amplify the rich, creamy body.
Too much is never sudden. It always arrives as “just a little more.” We’re not sure which side of the line this falls on. Oh well. Gas ‘em up.
