Get ready to party! Mark your calendars for the LTD Brewing Co. 12th Anniversary Block Party on Saturday, June 6th, 2026 from 1pm – 10pm! The street and public parking lot will be shut down with a huge @niccum_docks Mainstage featuring live music all day, craft beer, hard cider, wine, food trucks, games, kids activities, and more! This event is our chance to celebrate you, our dear friends, family, and community for your support. You made this last 12 years unforgettable. You are what we drink to. And we hope you'll come celebrate with us. We’ll have something for everyone! Meet Cassie 🍻. Cassie’s joining us on Saturdays, and trust us, she’s bringing the flavor (literally). If you ask her what she loves most? Cooking. So much so she’s earned the nickname Cassie Casserole, and honestly, it tracks. Her specialties? Her mom’s chicken enchiladas and her grandma Doris’ lasagna casserole… we’re all just waiting for an invite. When she’s off the clock, Cassie’s world looks a little like a mini zoo: 🐶 2 dogs 🐱 2 cats 🕷️ 5 tarantulas (yes, five) 🐍 A corn snake and a python 🕸️ Plus a jumping spider for good measure She’s also big into thrifting and is an antique vendor at Antiques on Main in Hopkins, so if you need someone to spot a hidden gem, she’s your girl. It's a great week at LTD! Today is Giveback Monday, where we donate 20% of today's sales to a local organization. This week we are supporting @glenlakebaseball . The Glen Lake Mighty Mites Baseball Association caters to all levels of ability, from beginner to those looking for a competitive travel baseball experience. Visit /about for more information! The @crepeandmorefoodtruck will also be coming in at 4pm. Tuesday we have BINGQ starting at 6:00pm, where you have the chance of winning, crowlers, 16oz pours, 10 oz pours, merchandise and more. The @sawatdeethaimn food truck will be at the taproom starting at 4pm. Wednesday is week SIX of our newest trivia season starting at 7:30pm. Team scores will be added up each week and an overall team champion will be crowned after twelve weeks. The winning trivia team of the night will also receive a $40 LTD gift card & second place gets a $20 LTD gift card. The @butcherandbartender food truck will be at the taproom at 4pm. Thursday it's @theinitialsgame Live at the taproom starting at 6:30pm. Three rounds of fun with a different set of initials each round. Each round the winning team will score a $20 LTD gift card and second place will receive a crowler. The @hadafoodie food truck will be at the taproom at 4pm. It is also our announcement of the newest Firkin Friday flavor. Our Firkin will be released for sale at 10am on Friday morning! Friday we have live music starting at 7:30pm with Rob Evans (@thenextlevelphysio ), who will be in the taproom for the first time bringing you all the best tunes 🎼. The @tasteofchilempls food truck will be at the taproom starting at 400pm. Saturday is a packed day! Mainstreet Day Art and Craft Fair runs from 9am-4pm and it's also our open mic night starting at 7:00pm. Anyone can take the stage to perform; it's a space for artists, musicians, poets, comedians and storytellers to share their work, try out new material, or simply express themselves. No sign up ahead of time is needed, just come and put your name on the list! The 10xThirty (@thirtybales / @big10subs ) food truck will be at the taproom starting at noon.

Meet Jon! Jon’s got a full house, living in Minnetonka with his wife, two kids, and three dogs! By day, he’s an IT project analyst and support desk lead, keeping things running smoothly. By weekend… he’s earned the right to do absolutely nothing. Think sleeping in, couch rotting, and fully embracing a day with zero plans. When he’s not working, you’ll probably find him: gaming (currently hooked on Hunt: Showdown) or camping with the family (his go to spot is Big Sandy Lake).
