We’ve officially broken ground at Little Round Top in Clermont, NY in the Hudson Valley. Situated at the top of a hill with 360° views of the Catskills and surrounding farmland, this home is designed to feel both open to the landscape and deeply grounded within it. Organized around a central courtyard that brings light into every space and frames the horizon beyond, the house balances quiet retreat with spaces for gathering, hosting, and everyday living. Thoughtfully designed for flexibility and longevity, and built to Passive House standards, it’s a home shaped by its setting—calm, connected, and made to last.

Excited to share LTA’s entry for the New Museum of Architecture and Design in Helsinki. Inspired by the city’s waterways and heritage, the sculptural design features a hybrid timber and precast concrete structure that integrates traditional craftsmanship with modern technology. A central Atrium, accessible from multiple entrances, serves as a public gathering space, leading visitors through immersive exhibitions that showcase Finnish design’s past, present, and future. With open terraces and fluid connections to the surrounding city, the museum blurs boundaries between architecture, nature, and urban life, creating an inclusive space for exploration, learning, and creativity.
