Had a little time to waste. Harmonic balancer/damper bolt quick restoration. Bolt from an LS2. @vevor.official ultrasonic cleaner and @evapo_rust
I did a light scrub and then coated the bolt which is not shown in the video and yes, it is a TTY bolt which I DID NOT re-use nor do I suggest re-use.

Timing cover installation on Ls2 for Trailblazer SS using @arpbolts on a @speedengineering cover. Identical install for all Gm gen 3/4 V8s. Not shown was aligning the cover, phone didnt record when snugging down cover bolts with alignment tools.

Timing cover removal on LS2. Same procedure for GM gen 3/4 V8. Coming soon new timing cover and harmonic balancer install for this restoration and upgrades project.
With the cover fully exposed, remove (10) 10mm bolts, (8) on the cover face, (2) through oil pan into the bottom of the cover. Then gently pry the cover off. Remove any excess sealant in the bottom covers and inspect oil pan gasket for any damage If you are NOT planning to remove the oil pan.

Ls2 Harmonic Balancer removal. Same procedure for all Gm gen 3/4 v8s. Utilizing the @_arestool 15085 made the task super easy and problem free. Worked far better than a typical 3 jaw puller.
