I got to speak to @enhypen for @latimes about their meteoric rise in the music industry & their growth individually since before their debut, where they've been watched for so many years as part of the digital generation. We've seen then grown from boys to men before our very eyes, and we talk about how they see themselves in all of this and how they hope to be perceived. It was really a great conversation.

I've been feeling really overwhelmed but very proud of the work I've done to cover music within the last few months. I realize I need to toot my own horn sometimes, which is hard cuz Asian guilt lol
For a lot of the artists, I wanted to really get to know them and have fans learn something new. Thank you to the editor, publicists, and the artists for letting me tell their stories.
I'm really proud of the work & feedback I've gotten from editors, publicists/teams, colleagues, friends, and family (... and sometimes from the fans).
I have many more articles in the pipeline for so many of my outlets and not just for music, so please look forward and support them!
I got to spend the day at @jennierubyjane 'so Elle photoshoot. It was an experience!

When i was in Seoul, I went to hang out with my CJ ENM friends & M Countdown was happening at the same time! So we went to check out the groups, and I got to meet @modyssey.official , whom I wrote about from Planet C: Home Race. They were so sweet & I greeted them in Chinese, but they knew my Chinese was so bad 🤣, and responded in English. They were so sweet about it tho.
Got to chat with them over Zoom the next week, and we had a blast. We all share a love for Haidilao, and they gave me their GO TO SAUCES. It was such a fun convo. They're also great performers. Check them out. Article out now. #modyssey

Went to a TOAST TO TV with Disney for FYC season. Met up with an ATINY (and gifted her a SANNIE PC Holder to add to her collection). Met up with my favorite comedian. Met up with the cast (and director) I grew up watching (and got to tell him how much I loved "The Last Kiss"). Things are good.
Got to see @831x10 do his thing last night! So proud to watch him perform! He killed it! Congrats KINO and @clzlyeonsoo ! I got to see Yeonsoo also work behind the scenes! You guys worked so hard! Get that vacation!!!

Last year, @6a1n__ of @justb_ig_official told the world his truth. I immediately wanted to talk to him about this make moment in his life and in the K-pop community. We spoke, and it was a lovely article about finally feeling like he could breathe. He came back this year with his amazing group & I got to meet him and the boys.
We are still following up on the interviews because they're such a great and interesting group.i can't wait to talk about their journey. They're so talented, and the show felt like a big entertaining dance party.
