✨Helen Keller was one of my first role models of determination and perseverance. As a fierce young girl with no sight or hearing she was a model of unshakeable determination. She refused to be held back by her limitations.✨
5 Year old Tian was completely enamored with this woman’s story. She left an indelible mark on me at an early age. Funny how those things sink down into your subconscious, yet subtly guide your thoughts and decisions. We share a birthday. And I’d like to believe we share her commitment to vision, regardless of the obstacles ahead.
This is one of my favorite questions as a coach. “If you could magically paint a picture of your best possible outcome, what would it be?”
💫Start with the vision, then actively take steps forward to get there. The vision will carry you forward, even as obstacles arise. 💫

It’s been a while and I want to say hi!! 👋🏾
Life has changed and evolved so much since becoming a full time entrepreneur!!
✨We often refer to it as taking this huge leap of faith (and it is) But also it was years and years of watering seeds that had been planted, noticing whispers of the heart, yearning in my gut, and nudges from God.
✨ I’ve ALWAYS been deeply curious about what motivates and inspires people. I’ve ALWAYS cherished precious moments of connection, seized opportunities to support ppl, and walk alongside them on their journey.
✨I now understand my own journey, the struggles and the successes, the phases of self-inquiry, self-discovery, the getting it right and getting it wrong is what I needed to navigate first.
✨I now understand I am right where I’m supposed to be, and at the right time. I’m grateful I took the ”safe” career path to provide financial security as a single mom, prioritizing my kids’ needs first. I learned so much along the way, and built irreplaceable friendships.
✨I’m grateful for the transition period into entrepreneurship - teaching yoga on nights and weekends, learning to balance. Understanding my heart’s calling.
✨And now I’m honored I get to create magic EVERY DAY. I hold safe space for others to explore their own heart’s whispers, the yearnings in their gut, their own nudges from God or Universe, or whatever they call it. With the most supportive life partner a person can ask for, and the most incredible and inspiring kids ever, plus absolutely outstanding community and tribes, even as I leap, I know I can’t really fall.
💕I’m grateful for this moment, and the moments that led here. Grateful for abundant possibilities, grateful that Love, Strength & Fitness gets the opportunity to be all that it was meant to be, and grateful for each of your precious contributions along the way. 💕

But this is my version of showing up today.
I’m feeling lots of things.
I was so angry earlier that the tears came from nowhere.
No lie - 30 seconds later I was filled with gratitude and appreciation.
Then - I was sad to be missing something important
Later - I was uplifted by the joy and light of 10 year olds.
Our feelings are gonna do what they do.
They come, and they go.
Rather than resist, what can we learn from them?
And how can we honor them - the good, the ‘bad’, and the indifferent.
