Over 50 members joined us for our first course construction tour last week. Progress is moving along smoothly, and the first two holes are scheduled to be completed in just a few weeks!
Todd Eckenrode is redesigning the golf course at La Rinconada in California.
The $21 million project includes rerouting holes to make better use of the site’s natural landforms, increasing the course’s yardage and improving green-to-tee connections.
“This is a 100-year-old golf course, and we are committed to the redesign evoking qualities of the great golf architecture of this era,” says Eckenrode.

Easter 2026 was a tremendous success—we welcomed 396 guests, including 80 children, and delivered 58 Easter baskets.
Chef Nick’s team impressed with incredible omelet and carving stations, while the ice sculpture and desserts were true showstoppers. And of course, we hope everyone had a chance to visit their favorite bartenders, Willie and Luis!

Yesterday, the club hosted the San Jose State Women’s Golf Team. On Monday they beat Stanford in the Battle of the Bay match! 👏🏼Stanford is currently ranked the number one team in the country. Where are all our Spartan alumni at?! 👏🏼 @sjsuwgolf #D1womensgolf
