Fun #WorkoutWednesday with @lp.golf.performance 🔥 This session we went back to the basics. We started with some rolling patterns and lower/upper body separation lunges. Afterwards we did our strength and power with slow and controlled movements focusing on stability and breathing. 🩷✨🏆 Ladies European Tour maiden VICTOIRE for rising star @nastasia_nadaud !! A hard-earned breakthrough win because Nastasia has not rested on her potential since turning pro at just 18 years old. We started working together right after her rookie season, and it’s been a true joy to be alongside her journey. With her natural athleticism, our focus isn’t simply on creating more power. It’s additionally on applying what’s already present efficiently. Together, we have worked on lower body stability, sequencing, and control, while continuing to build clubhead speed, making her one of the longest hitters on the LET (averaging 263.5 yrd in 2025). @nastasia_nadaud isn’t just dedicated to her daily tournament performance. She’s committed to building a career that lasts. That means prioritizing longevity, energy management, cycle training, injury prevention, nutrition, and consistency alongside results. While making work in the gym at times lighthearted and fun too. Optimizing this delicate balance has had a big impact already: she feels energized and motivated to train throughout the season, which was a key goal for us. She’s a balanced athlete who combines exceptional work ethic & awareness in a truly remarkable way, bringing purpose and precision to everything she does. Competing with the best is an amazing achievement, but sharing the journey of growth, hard work, and trust with the entire team makes it even more special. building ease, comfort, ability. in the joints, in the nervous system, in the mind, and in the skill. stop expecting every result needs to be dramatic in order for it to be “good”. show up consistently and stick with the same system & team…that is where it’s at. 🩶😮‍💨👩‍🍳⚙️ for reference top video is 2 years ago at same weight. for context: in 2024, that same weight made me nervous, and recovery took longer. I encourage you to please please check in with your coach before integrating anything you see online. we’re here for you!! I can’t thank my coach @hernandezstrength enough for having (and helping me build) my backbone. #trainingdiaries
