You push through. You set goals. You fall off. Repeat.
It’s not discipline you’re missing — it’s a system that actually fits your life.
𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴:
→ “I know what to do, but I don’t do it.”
→ “I’m all in for two weeks, then I’m exhausted.”
→ “Why do I sabotage myself when I’m finally making progress?”
That’s not failure — it’s friction.
Stacked habits. Chronic stress. No buffer. No backup plan.
𝗟𝗲𝘁’𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀:
You’re operating on overload. You’re stuck in survival mode.
And survival mode doesn’t build sustainable habits. It burns them out.
You don’t need to overhaul your life.
You need breathing room, clear priorities, and a better way to build momentum.
𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲:
→ Swapping “all-or-nothing” gym sessions for 15 mins of intentional movement each day
→ Eating more protein at brekkie so your 3pm energy crash doesn’t win
→ Building in pause points — not just to rest, but to realign
→ Tracking how you feel and how you respond, not just outcomes
This is how you shift from reactive to intentional. From stuck to steady.
Not by grinding harder — but by aligning smarter.
Change doesn’t need hype.
It needs clarity, consistency, and compassion for where you’re at right now.
Start where it’s messy. Start where it’s real.
Just don’t stay stuck.

Two bottles of wine every night. Not one. Two.
That's where Tina was when she first contacted me. Mid-50s, professional, high-functioning on the outside. Privately dreading her own evenings.
Six weeks later: 30cm gone, three dress sizes down, alcohol reduced by 90%. No restriction. No shame. No willpower lectures.
Most approaches would have told her to cut the wine and go on a diet. That works for four weeks. Then it collapses, because nothing addressed what was driving the behaviour in the first place.
In the Mojo Method I call these handbrake habits. Tina had four running at once: skipping meals, barely any protein, running on coffee and arriving at 6pm with her nervous system completely fried.
The fix wasn't restriction. It was addition.
One protein-rich breakfast within an hour of waking. That was it. Nothing else changed in week one.
Within 10 days her cravings were easing. By week six it didn't feel like a program anymore. It just felt like how she lived.
If you recognise yourself in any part of this, the full breakdown is in the video.

Most confident people I know have one area they quietly avoid.
Not because they lack discipline. Because the gap between who they are everywhere else and who they feel like in that one space is genuinely uncomfortable.
I worked with Helen for 10 months. Busy professional in her 50s. Driven, self-motivated, action-oriented in every area of her life.
Except the free weights area of the gym.
She didn't avoid it because she was lazy. She avoided it because standing there, surrounded by people who looked like they knew exactly what they were doing, she felt something she almost never felt anywhere else.
Like she didn't belong.
For someone whose entire identity is built around capability, that feeling wasn't just inconvenient. It was deeply uncomfortable. It contradicted the story she had about herself.
Here's what I've observed consistently working with high-performing women:
→ The more capable you are in most areas of life, the harder it is to be a beginner anywhere else
→ The gap between your self-concept and your performance in the new domain feels enormous
→ That dissonance creates avoidance, shame, and paralysis that stops you from starting at all
→ Pushing through without the right structure usually makes it worse, not better
What Helen needed wasn't motivation. She already had that.
She needed a progressive system designed to build capacity in the exact area she felt least capable, in a way that guaranteed visible results over time.
10 months later: strength significantly increased, flexibility she hadn't had in years, daily energy consistently higher, and she walks into the weights area and sets up without scanning the room to see if anyone is watching.
Same person. Different architecture. Completely different relationship with herself.
If this is your story, watch how we built it: /watch?v=Z0S0-_Y7qxc
Has there been an area where your confidence didn't match the rest of who you are? What finally shifted it?

You’ve been breathing wrong your whole life?
Most of us chest-breathe through the day, constantly telling our nervous system there’s a five-alarm emergency when really we’re just sitting at a desk eating a sandwich.
Your breath controls everything else. Mood, focus, digestion, sleep, stress, even pain levels.
Something free and very useful is dropping this week.

Built a business for freedom.

Hot take: maybe take business advice from someone who actually built one, burnt out in one and came out the other side still standing 🤡
Did you know I built a seven-figure business while managing multiple chronic illnesses, navigating grief after losing my husband to suicide and running on fumes for longer than I’d like to admit? Burnout wasn’t a buzzword for me. It was a wake-up call.
Now I help business owners figure out what’s actually keeping them stuck. Quiz is in the bio. Go do it.
PS: yeah, that's a mobility scooter 😅
Open the Strait of Hormuz, babe. My calendar and nervous system are both in a cost-of-living crisis.😭 #personaltrainer #crisis #funnyreels #handbrakehabits
Why aren't you drinking water?
A few days ago, I asked the people in my private FB group why they struggle to drink water consistently.
The top two answers?
𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁.
𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘂𝗽 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝘆.
Simple, but very real.
Most people aren’t bad at hydration because they don’t care. They’re just busy and the basics fall off first.
So I dropped my 𝗛𝘆𝗱𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘁 in there, and I’ll be sharing more simple tools over the next few days to help with the Handbrake Habits too.
If you want to join, check the comments.
What’s your reason, forgetting, busy or both?
