Welcome to Clementine Dental Clinic! Led by Dr. Mariclem Lim and Dr. Ken Brown, the team takes a patient-centered approach to care, making the time to truly get to know each individual who walks through their doors. Rooted in a 40-year history of serving the community, the clinic is proud to continue building lasting relationships through long-term care. Located at 1770 West 7th Avenue in Kitsilano, the clinic is currently accepting new patients.
Something to know about the Low Tide team: we love a little friendly competition!
In February, the team went head‑to‑head in an Amazing Race–style challenge spanning the five Vancouver neighbourhoods we are a part of. Each team completed 10 stations, from designing a van wrap in Strathcona, to tackling an obstacle course in South Flats, to learning the ukulele alongside the @tapestrymusicstore team in Mount Pleasant.
It was an afternoon full of teamwork, creativity, and laughter!
Spend the day with Brett Griffiths, Dean of VCC’s School of Trades, Technology, and Design. In Brett’s role as a member of the integrated project team, he coordinates academic stakeholder requirements for VCC’s new Centre for Clean Energy & Automotive Innovation and the design of VCC’s new clean energy programs.
From coffee and emails to planning meetings for the Centre for Clean Energy and Automotive Innovation, hands‑on testing of an automotive VR app, and EV conversion demos, Brett stays busy on campus.
Meet Jeremy! Jeremy joined our team in October as a Financial Analyst. In Jeremy’s role, he is responsible for supporting Low Tide’s forecasting, budgeting, valuations, and financings, among other things. He helps bring clarity to the numbers to guide decision-making and risk mitigation!
We ask Jeremy a few questions to get to know him a bit more.
What is your favourite thing about working at Low Tide?
“My favourite thing about working at Low Tide is the active culture with lots of social and team building events. We have got a great team!”
What is a project you are currently working on?
“I’m working on the Q4 Management Reporting and the Q4 Investment Forecast (a 20-year forecast of Low Tide’s cash needs).”
Where is a dream travel destination of yours?
“Thailand and Vietnam are at the top of the list!”
