Sam’s been holding it down in the brewhouse since 2020, dialing in recipes, chasing perfection, and making sure every pint that hits your hand is something we’re proud of. From crisp, crushable lagers to big, bold stouts, he’s got a serious range… but if you know him, you know a good Pilsner is always the move.
