It has been a crazy year. I’ve been to more countries than I’ve been to in all my previous years combined, I’ve met and made many many new friends, had the honour of breaking bread with many of them, all while doing the thing I love most - playing music with my close friends. I have a deep sense of gratitude for what has happened, and what is going to happen. All the good and the bad. It’s what shapes me, and makes life interesting, and I would say enjoyable. lots of love to my friends and family who support my pursuits, you know who you are. I am blessed to have all of you. Praise be to the one who lets it all happen. ☝🏼🙏🏼

The Spirit is fed, but is never full. Bless those who prepare the food of life, those who honour the music of the cosmos, may we tune our frequency to be in Harmony with, and not in dissonance with the abundant Truth.
