@hamfringehftco and The Movement Museum presents W.F.H-Brain W.F.H Stands for Work From Home, which is a code used for many through the last 2 years. From the onset of fear and the overall anxiety from staying inside, this piece reflects some of the struggles the artist dealt with; trying to be creative, to spiritually being hindered, to balancing a schedule, leaving baggage that remains to this day. Witness the growth, the struggles, and the reflections of someone who was stuck inside, their thoughts displayed in movement. Thank you again @alyssanedichchoreography and @josh.g.taylor for inviting me to be part of the Movement Museum. This was a different experience creating a piece and performing this multiple times. Dancing for over 10 years, his dance shares details and stories through his movement. He is still supporting Hamilton dance community till this day. He will be hyping you up, like a lot and probably cyphering as well. Probably a lot of coffee in him too. That crazy jam weekend of World Serpent and Mighty Muffinz to more random stuff Finally getting to say few things after taking a recovery week aha. Y'all Fool's Gambit was such an amazing event. All of World Serpent, the volunteers , the dj, the band, the judges, we did it and literally grateful of just everybody coming to help out. Legit family and we did it. My voice was truly gone after and it was all worth it. MCing is a lot of fun (fun fact I definitely cramped during it) Glad to see a lot of people from our of town that came out @mightymfnzcrew what an event on that weekend. Made top 8 and look there's a clip somewhere so had to ask which category AHA. It made legit that whole weekend worth it. Even if I was recovering I got to battle and was really relaxed and felt so happy to really dance like me. More relaxed about what I've been working on since moving out here now. It's been a funny journey. My rounds felt good good aha @73til.infinity got to do a bit of a celebration at home and battle there which was so much fun, battling a local and then getting whooped aha. Still seeing people just made me happy Anyways changes happened a lot in the summer. Had a pleasure of saying goodbye to a church I called home for a very long time(from the beginning of the church plant). Got to help dope people move to a new place, ate more food, a little bit of church hoping ( look I'm trying it's tough). A bit more gym too. A lot to learn but overall it's great since these changes and just glad ...I'm here 32 year old , lowki tougher. Peace Hamilton!...thank you Moved actually a bit back. It's been a bit but to the city I was born and raised in. Thank you for raising me, seeing my ups and downs, the growth, the gentrification, the arts, the food, the friends and people, to the many craziness(remember I got jumped that one time), to growing in my faith, my own art both in music(violin days) and dance(telling y'all I was the only bboy dancing at MAC sessioning after COVID), to seeing people's growth here in general businesses and families wise, and to learning how to lead people who are troubled. If you read this the picture represent some past pictures actually as well. This city has beauty and it's not hard to find. Y'all make fun of this city because you are scared and such, but there's more beauty and messages here than you can ever see. The art scene is blooming, cafes are everywhere, the food actually I love because no lie some spots never fail me, and yes I know people are but scary but you know what I got used to. One thing I'll say is...the city needs to work on a lot of things and problems, we see it, my friends see it, my family even sees it. It's up to us to lift it up. Speak out , call out these people anyways enough said. We need more youth centres just saying as a former leader. I'll stop now and say Hamilton is a great city, if you know all the events, places and such. Just ask a local and they'll guide you. Trust me I was one of the.. Always home Steel City. God you are so good

She got more excited for the Labubu then the ring 💍 With such a busy weekend I got to ask my best friend to marry me. Yujia has been such a Godly woman that is needed in the community. She has shown who he is throughout my life, reminding me to pray first to him in times trouble and the gratefulness. If you have seen her at jams she legit is always sharing food to whoever and y'all know who you are. If you are at even any conferences or young adults she is already that to many of y'all. I want to say thanks to my friends who helped @mervinjacobrobles @samwysee @luke_insanalli @pufulufulu Darren and Jenn yuuuuuuh. Legit we didn't and she didn't expect it at all. If you are seeing this the place is special to us because this is the cafe we constantly go too probably sparked our relationship even more

Learning, Elevating, Variation, Extracting, Levitate, Slowing Down Practicing alone sucks and it shows but trying to push honestly. Anyways clips on stuff I've been working on and ideas. @elephantgraveyard_ had the best jam I've ever been too. Jam of the year trust me you had to be there. Prelim rounds from the 3 vs 3 and 16 count. Got to rep World Serpent with the homies from Vancouver outside of Canada. @tommi.win and @wxylun are too good. We had a lot of fun and also first for these guys haha Honestly it was my first time in San Francisco BAY AREA and it was a dope short but amazing trip. Got to meet a lot of people bboys/bgirls out there, catch up with some old friends as well. This trip was a need and definitely gave me a bigger perspective in breaking but also the beauty out in the West coast.
