This year we simplified our collections and are diving deeper into the meaning of love. We will use honest reflection to be the backbone of these collections. Our goal is for you to look inward and define what love means to you. We believe, only then, you can fully love yourself and the people around you 🫶🏾
There is a therapist named Pauline Boss who spent her whole career studying the grief that never gets a proper ending. No ceremony, no moment where the world stops, no flowers, nobody checking in. Just you quietly grieving a parent who was physically in the house but emotionally nowhere, or a relationship that dissolved without anyone officially calling it over, or the childhood you deserved but did not get. And the world just keeps moving like nothing significant happened. But something significant happened. Your grief is real even without the funeral, even without anyone else understanding it, even without a name for it. Save this if it hit. Share it with someone hurting from something they cannot explain. Drop below: what is something you have grieved that never got a ceremony?
Worrying can spiral into a loop of self-doubt and focusing on the things we cannot control. The concept “focus on what you can control” is easier said than done. Drop a 🖤 if you relate with this video
High-functioning depression is one of the loneliest experiences a person can have.
You are doing all the things. Showing up to everything. Keeping it together for everyone who needs you. And somehow in the middle of all of it you have never felt more absent from your own life. The laugh lands but does not land all the way.
The good moments pass by like something you are watching through glass. You are there but you are not there. If you are reading this and it sounds like you, that recognition is the first honest thing. And honest is always where healing begins. Save this.
Share it with the person in your life who always seems fine. And drop below: what is one thing you have been performing that you are exhausted from keeping up?
