My name is Sosa - Given the name Melissa (meh-lee-sah)—a Spanish-rooted (Greek origin) name that carries part of my origin and story, though many know me simply as Sosa.
This space is an offering—rooted in awareness, movement, and connection.
For the past 10 years, I’ve been on a deep healing journey… moving through layers of childhood and ancestral trauma, learning how to come back home to myself again and again.
On August 7th, 2023, I experienced the passing of my mom—an opening into a deeper relationship with grief, love, and what it means to truly live with intention.
Through it all, I’ve returned to the practices that ground and guide me—movement, breath, and astrology. Tools that help me understand my own personal blueprint and find balance between the earth and the cosmos ✨
I’ve spent a long time holding back parts of myself… my voice, my intuition, my gifts. And I’m now learning what it means to trust, to be seen, and to fully step into my purpose.
