Ruka 3 years in a row🇫🇮
2023: Jumping🤩 (2 months pre injury)
2024: Only knuckles but still fun🤗 (10 months post op)
2025: No riding🥲 (8 months post 2nd op)

Reunited with my crutches…
Turns out my meniscus was damaged and needed some stitches, so I got that fixed yesterday. Pretty bummed that I have spent the whole season in pain which has limited my riding. And now I have to sit out on the best part of the year as well… slush season. Great timing🥲
On the bright side though, we finally found the problem. And at this point I’m basically a regular in the OR. Third surgery’s the charm, right?
Before heading into surgery, I managed to sneak in some quality time with the family. Not the worst way to take a last run😇
See you in the slope next season (hopefully with a less dramatic knee)!✌️
All the love to @standtallshop@eivy@oakleysnowboarding@vallakokerskan@nitro_sweden@rdtattoofilip for your continued support through all my injuries, it truly means everything to me🫶
And thank you @snowboardteamsweden and @snowboardgymnasiet for surrounding me with such amazing people. Forever thankful❣️
734 days and two surgeries later⭐️
It’s weird how I’ve been so scared and still longed for this day. I’ve missed it all so much, the snow, the strapping in, taking the T-bar, the cold hands and of course cruising down the slope. I can’t lie and say that I’m confident on the board, because I’m terrified. But it still feels right. And I’m so looking forward to every turn I’ll take this season💫
Not much snowboarding in my 2025 recap, but countless memories with loved ones💖
In 2025 I went through ACL surgery once again and worked hard with rehab so I can return in 2026 and wholeheartedly do what I love most. I still haven’t fully accepted that 2 years have passed since I first injured my knee and I wish that time hadn’t gone by with me snowboarding this little. But this year I’ll be back on my board with many lessons learned and a stronger mindset🌨️
Forever grateful for the continued support @standtallshop@oakleysnowboarding@eivy@nitro_sweden@vallakokerskan@rdtattoofilip 🤍
