Lou's Ends

Dear friends, Just before Christmas I was diagnosed with a chronic autoimmune disease which attacks my thyroid gland, and it has put me on medication for the rest of my life. It's gonna take a while to adjust to my new life and medication, so in the meanwhile we're gonna lay low until our EP releases in March. Playing with Lou's Ends is gonna take a lot of energy, but that's energy I'm willing to spend, as this band is my outlet and my passion. I'm very stoked for everything we're doing, but in the meanwhile I need to listen to my body and give myself the rest I need. All those lyrics I wrote about my body mysteriously malfunctioning make sense now, so I guess I'll have to write a magnum opus about Hashimoto's disease, right? Anyways, I'll be fine eventually, but goddamn it fucking sucks when your body is actively working against you. If anyone has any questions don't hesitate to ask. -- Anna

We are so grateful for 2025 <3 We recorded 8 new songs, been selected for Booster Festival @boosterfestival , received subsidy from @poppuntgelderland to record a livesession, got the opportunity to work on our liveset at @metbrut , played many wonderful gigs, got our first @plankarnhem award and most importantly: we made many new friends and grew even closer to each other.
