finally toured this icon a few weeks ago and left hella inspired. Wild to think it almost didn’t make it through the January fires. Built in 1949, it helped define what mid-century modern design would become and inspired an entire generation. It only felt right to dust off my hasselblad to shoot a roll of this beaut. Showing Nas spaces like this feels like planting seeds for his visual and spatial imagination.

// My dad turned 70 last weekend and I’ve been reflecting on it all week. That morning he dragged me to the gym at 5:30am to start off his special day. It baffles me how disciplined and energetic he remains. He’s cheated death twice in the last few years and somehow always comes back stronger and wiser. There’s also been nothing more special than seeing him lock in as a grandfather over the last year. A special bond that I’ve never had. The joy they both bring each other is unmatched.
