A reminder that it’s Non-Uniform Day tomorrow! 👕✨ In exchange for your child wearing their own clothes for the day, the @friendsofloseleyfields kindly ask each family to donate a filled Jolly Jar for the Jolly Jar Stall at the Summer Fair. A Jolly Jar is a jar (with lid) filled with wrapped sweets or small toys, stationery, craft items, or other fun surprises for children. Please note that, as we are a nut-free school, any chocolate or sweets included in Jolly Jars must not contain nuts. Jar collection will take place in the playground in the morning. Thank you for your support! 💛

A huge thank you to our families who came on Saturday last week to help us fill up our brand new planters - it was a wonderful community feel and we're so grateful for your help. 🫶🏽 I'm sure you'll agree the planters look fantastic and we had great fun digging in the mud! 😁 #loseleyfieldsprimaryschool #godalming #communityspirit #farncombe #thankyou

Early Years Forest School 🌳🪵 This Spring term Year R have been taking part in weekly forest school sessions - a super opportunity to explore the outdoor environment in our wonderful school grounds. Each class is led by Susan Edwards our Eco-Therapist once a fortnight. The children are thoroughly enjoying their sessions come rain or shine! Forest school is an inclusive approach to learning, is well suited to the EYFS targets, and is something that will be familiar to many of our reception children having experienced it as part of their local nursery/pre-school childcare settings. It has 6 principles of good practice which they are exploring - a success all round. #forestschool #earlyyears #loseleyfieldsprimary #godalming #farncombe

Young Voices 2026 🎶🎤 Last week, our talented young singers took to the stage at the iconic London 02 Arena as part of this years amazing Young Voices concert ✨ The Loseley Fields Choir performed a medley of songs from Wicked the Musical along with some disco classics, they sang their hearts out to a packed arena and enjoyed every moment 🪩 We are so proud of the dedication shown by the children, rehearsing every week with Mrs Johnson & Miss Brock after school and learning all the songs & dance routines off by heart. 👏🏽 A huge shout out to all staff members involved with YV and to all of the parents who came & showed their support - and their disco moves 🕺 #youngvoices #loseleyfieldsprimaryschool #loseleyfieldschoir #godalming #farncombe

Today, pupils and staff who are part of Girlguiding or Scouting proudly came to school wearing their uniforms to celebrate Thinking Day / Founders’ Day. The school was full of colour, badges, and plenty of enthusiasm as everyone shared stories about the groups they belong to and the activities they enjoy. 🌈 Miss Webb even brought in her Brownie badge sash from when she was a Brownie to show the children 🤩 Thinking Day is a significant date in the Guiding and Scouting calendar. It’s a worldwide event that encourages members to reflect on their connection with Guides and Scouts across the globe. The day focuses on the values that unite these movements: friendship, community, kindness, and making a positive difference. It reminds young people that they are part of something much bigger than their local unit. 💪🏽 We are incredibly proud of our staff who volunteer their time outside of school to support these groups and contribute to our local community. A huge well done to all the pupils and staff who took part today — you represented your groups brilliantly. 👏🏽 #loselyfieldsprimaryschool #farncombe #godalming #community #thinkingday
