Day of the fool was incredible, so many folks came out to see some unique and talented bands play and everyone collectivized to make it happen, Soria couldn’t have asked for a better birthday, and the bookstore was alive with love and friendship, it was also really sweaty! this could not have happened without @daynjuhman who provided the recording and PA equipment to make this an audible and pleasant sounding experience @pen.fm who worked tirelessly on the soundboard and recording equipment, assisting bands during change over to ensure there were no issues in between the band’s set The good folks over at Monkeywrench, specifically Ucha and Molly, who are such a phenomenal help and share a intricate and devoted passion for the community that live music and the dissemination of information have the power of creating in tandem, we could not have done these bookstore shows without your involvement and input and assistance And of course the folks that came and the wonderful bands that played in this beautiful highlight reel done by the amazing @luckyl0c4l

Friday, April 3rd, we are gathering 4 bands to celebrate a ritual of birth. each band with their own unique approach to a genre of music the Denton and Austin music tableau holds dear, This is an incredibly special occasion!! The band Lose Lose will be making it's debut, featuring members from the band Tamsen and Feelings Left Outside! Pull up to Monkey Wrench!! There's gonna be a really good cookie cake or something of equivalent delectability as April 1st will be Soria from Oshera's Birthday! She's getting old and wants you there to watch it happen in real time. Doors are at 7, No one will be turned away for a lack of funds, but the denton bands need gas money. So the cover charge at the door is 10 bux The venue has a low capacity, So get there early! However if need be, we will gather in the parking lot after the show to chat and be around each other and share a cookie or 3! We hope to see you there! Mwah!!!!
