Unfortunately, I’ve been limping along since London. Apologies to all my friends for being antisocial since I got home.
I experienced a great personal loss
It’s been really hard on me
Still in a terrible funk 🫠
London was truly the highest of highs and the lowest of lows…OOOOF
But at least there were highs

I remember being that little girl staring into an empty refrigerator not knowing where my next meal would come from. It was horrible.
I don’t wish that on anybody.
Volunteered at my local food bank this morning.
I’ve been working with them for 10+ years and LA area ones for the last 20+ years.
Setting up food drives, donating and volunteering whenever I can.
This is the first year. The food banks have gone empty because demand has overwhelmed them.
I know everyone’s having a hard time. I understand.
I’m having one of the hardest weeks I’ve ever had
But that doesn’t change what’s going on around us.
People are hungry and they need our help.
Please support your local food bank anyway you can.

You can also Google local food banks in your area.
Please be open minded as many food banks are run out of smaller churches. Now’s not the time to get into religious theory arguments.
It’s time to pull together and feed our community.

Coachella ‘26 another amazing lineup I completely missed.
It was over for me before it started.

Quick PSA time.
If you work with a dive master, can swim and pass all the safety tests. You too can dive!
Snorkeling’s also great.
I love them both ❤️
If you don’t know how to swim, it’s never too late to learn. Many YMCA’s offer swim lessons.
I love West Maui. It’s one of my favorite places on earth. Especially in wintertime when the humpback whales are there. On my last trip, while under water. I heard them singing. It was so special and magical. I’ll never forget it.
If you get a chance to get in the ocean, any ocean. Do it.
Please remember to stay alert. You are in the sea and there’s life everywhere.

Been back for a minute but I’m still high on the magic and beauty of Maui
Dove with turtles, mantas and many fish. Saw countless whale breaches and sat under a canopy of stars.
I needed that 🌈
I’ve been so sad .
The world feels so dark and hopeless rn.

Take a minute to get off the phone Get outside. Touch grass, look at the stars, swim in the ocean or have a snowball fight!
Practice self-care.
