A desert weekend getaway was a must with my love! In the most challenging and chaotic of times, it’s vital that we reconnect with Mother 🌍 , our favorite people 💗 and most importantly, ourselves.
Spending the weekend soaking in healing mineral baths, doing a Sound Bath at the #Integratron and getting lost in the unbelievably beautiful Thousands Palms Oasis reminded me to be kind to my soul and to embrace the integrity and beauty of the nature around us.
Take a deep breath.

Self-care is always a good idea.

An extraordinary turnout in Burbank, California. Babies at their first march, proud parents bringing their children,
all sorts of animals and conversations and hugs and tears and mobilizing and realizing we CAN make a difference.
We all must make a differencer. Then we really see and witness each other during this trauma filled time… These become very healing. Lots of hugs with perfect strangers,
I don’t feel so along with what is going on. We truly are… One people.
