This is everything you could want in a dessert. It’s crispy, creamy and just sweet enough. A dacquoise is a crisp meringue with toasted pistachios filled with a vanilla and pistachio whipped cream and topped with fresh pistachios.
Made these for a friend of mine. Individual Peanut Butter Cheesecake topped with Reese’s chips, Reese’s pieces and mini Reese’s peanut butter cups. Totally my Achilles’ heel.
