HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY!
I became a mom a little early in life but that just meant that I’ve had the chance to love my son even longer. I found my purpose when I had Ko. He’s my greatest gift I’ve ever received.
I thank God for my family and the strong women in my life. Thank you to my mother, the best mother in the world, for having me, putting up with me and supporting me. Always. I wouldn’t be here without her and her tough love.
To my sister, who knew about my pregnancy before my parents, who offered to move back home to help me raise my son, who understands what it’s like to have a heart and the dreams of an artist. I’m grateful for you and look up to you and your motherhood journey. We have opposite stories but that’s what’s amazing!
To alllllllllll the other mothers out there, whether here or in heaven, I love you. To all of you who are wanting to become a mother, I support you. To all my fellow single moms, I see you. Motherhood ain’t easy but it’s worth all of it. My miracle. #milagro
