Finally found the perfect unit and got the keys! Now will have more capacity for hot boxing, will be able to launch my new food truck, have charcoal grills and coffee carts will also be incoming in the new year. I will actually start posting on here as-well. Hoping to create an account so you can see more of the process involved in your food and actually see the preparation going on for you job live. Firstly I have to fit this place out and turn it into a kitchen.In my true style I will be trying to smash out as much as I can myself ha ha . Stay tuned for updates.
