THE RHUBARBARA STREISAND!
This weeks weekly special at @goldentooth.pub is an ode to the iconic crooner, the emergence of spring and utilising kitchen ingredients in your cocktails! Swing by this weekend for a sip of this refreshing cocktail that uses the same jam as our Frangipane tart!
Specs:
50ml Gin of your choice
25ml Lime juice (or lemon, but I prefer lime and that’s what I had prepped)
15-20ml Rhubarb jam made by @wyldgarlic (turn this into a syrup if you’re making a high volume cos it’s a ballache to strain)
5-10ml Sugar syrup (to taste)
1 Pipette of cocktail foamer
Garnish with a maraschino cherry or piece of candied rhubarb on a skewer
Hard shake, double strain, enjoy!

1.5 Oz La tomato liquor
1 Babicka Vodka
1 Lemon
3/4 Tomato ginger syrup
1 pump celery bitters
1 pump hellfire bitters
Tabasco
Salt rim rocks glass topped up with soda
