This time last year I saw a video about a wheelchair dance experience in LA and after years of no longer being able to continue dancing due to ill health, I realised that dancing in a wheelchair was completely possible! 🤩

Don’t get me wrong, it certainly isn’t as easy as it used to be due to my pain and physical limitations, but attending the event and meeting the @rollettes_la allowed that old part of me to come alive again! ❤️

Flying to LA also happened to be one of my lifelong dreams based of the fact I was desperate to see the sites and visit the original @disneyland resort. So whilst there Felix and I tried to experience as much as my body would allow! It really was a trip of a lifetime that left us with new friendships, amazing opportunities and an even brighter future for AYL! ♿️

GIFTED- I instantly begin to struggle with my breathing when going out in the winter months, no matter how many preventative treatments & medications I add into my routine!
