View across Ardmore Bay on the Waternish Peninsula, Isle of Skye. I loved this view with Dunvegan Head in the background and just a glimpse of the Western Isles in the blue distance. I am working on a Drypoint etching of the same view from our visit last summer. This study is in acrylic gouache. I love the layers in the landscspe; light, reflection, movement, shape and texture.
