Lunch break well spent at @loop_kapitolyo ! I tried their Sea Salt Matcha topped with salty cream made with Asian tibuok, an artisanal Filipino sea salt from Bohol known for its rich, slightly smoky flavor and aka “dinosaur egg”. The salty foam on top of the earthy matcha is such a good mix!
This is definitely filed under cafe’s I’d go back to. 💚
