Planned Parenthood | Bans Off Our Bodies
Earlier this year, I had the privilege to join a group of 12 on a 3 week road trip. We traveled to Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, California, Arizona and Texas with a light installation to send a message: “Our Bodies, Our Futures, Our Abortions”
Flash forward 10 weeks later from that trip. If Roe v. Wade is overturned, a minimum of 26 states could create laws to ban abortion, effecting millions of people who are able to become pregnant. This is on top of the states who have already enacted laws to limit access to safe and private healthcare. We cannot let states choose who has the rights over our own individual bodies.

In honor of AAPI month, BFF is hosting a Mahjong Parlor on Tuesday, 5/27 from 7-10pm!!! We’ll have games, snacks, drinks, and a silent auction to raise money for a Boston-based queer AAPI organization MAP for Health!

@map4health was founded in 1993 in response to the lack of culturally and linguistically appropriate HIV/AIDS prevention services for the Asian and Pacific Islander (API) community.

Games include mahjong and chinese checkers! If you’ve never played, we’ll share some tips and have game guides!
This event will be a casual, rolling entrance party with concessions served counter style.

$10 entrance + menu preorder, and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to MAP for Health.
