Load in BTS of something we’ve been cooking up. I’ve been teaming up with somatic strength coach Jenn Cutliffe (
@somaticstrength.life ) and
@warehouseresidency to bring a different experience to your morning workout class. Jenn leads the class through a mindful approach to physical training, in a setting beneath lasers that help direct the intention behind the different moments of the hour long workout. Some slow breathing, some fast and energetic, even a dance break or two. It’s something new to mix it up and it’s been a lot of fun to work on. Honorable mention!
