Longview Farms is hiring!! We are looking for a reliable, organized and hardworking Office Administrator to join our team here at the farm in Central Saanich.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for the farm, as well as provide support for our Grower, Sales, Maintenance and Finance teams.
This is a full time position (40 hours per week) with a salary range of $55,000-$65,000 based on previous work experience and education.

Longview Farms is hiring for our 2026 market season! We are looking for 3-4 awesome and outgoing people to fill our market team every Saturday (option for Thursdays) from May to the end of October. This position is seasonal and part time.
Hiring positions for:
Moss Street Market assistant (2-3 people)
🥕East Saanich Farm Stand attendant (1 person)
Pay: $20-$25/hr depending on experience.

Longview Farms Retail Market stand is now closed for the 2025 season.
We will re-open again next spring, April 2026.
