Hey everyone! This is Grace, serving as my father's manager! Make sure to checkout my dads new book, published on the 19th of this month! I have my own special chapter in it, along with other awesomeness. Here is the link for early access: /the-trade-early-access #normal40 #thetrade

Spontaneity is the new metric of freedom. Three weeks ago, I didn’t plan to be in Dallas today. But … A member of our Normal 40 Insider community told us (hello Paul Gallagher) he was chasing a dream, launching a new business with his son, with the Texas Rangers inside of Choctaw Stadium. And, well, I wanted to be there. I mean, who doesn’t? So I came. No approval. No memo to corporate. No angst over how it will look. Just a few notes to clients who think as we think, a quick rework of the carpool, and off I went. Then I invited others. Others I’ve never met. Others who have been following Normal 40 for months or years. Others who have sent me notes. Others are on the cusp of something more and are waiting for their shot. So many said yes, I reserved a room at Texas Live — Alley Rooms 1 & 2 inside Sports & Social from 5:30 - 8:00. I'll give a few remarks around 6:45 PM. Totally spontaneous. And according to my math, there is zero downside. Look, Normal 40 isn’t a coaching program. Normal 40 is a culture. One you live or one you don’t. One you choose, or you avoid. It’s a way of life. A way of living. A way of connecting. A way of feeling alive and doing things in a way that actually fits your life. And sometimes that requires spontaneity. If you can join us tonight (Saturday), you are invited. And if not, I’m doing it again—and I’m looking for hosts all over the world. Let me know if you’re one of them. Welcome to a lifetime … up to something. #normal40 #neveralone

Wish I was there, but this is a good way to celebrate an #sdstate win …on an international flight back to the motherland. #gojacks

I’ve dined in some of the finest restaurants in the world. I’ve been blessed with seven-course meals in France, handcrafted recipes in the U.S. Senate dining room, and dishes created by world-renowned chefs. But nothing—and I mean nothing—will ever taste as good as this pheasant sandwich in the cab of a tractor while on the go. I made it seven hours ago, before the sun came up. It’s cold now, smashed in my vest, and perfect. Mostly because I get to eat it here, in the field. For some of you, this won’t make any sense. For others, it will make all the sense in the world. If you know, you know. Bon appétit #normal40 #beuptosomething #harvest25

Do cool things. Do things you'll remember. Do things that will be impossible to regret. Do things that won't make sense to others. Do them because they make sense to you. My son and I traveled 1900 miles to help a neighbor harvest. And we're doing it for no pay. Only the memory of doing it together. It's a pretty cool thing. #normal40 #beuptosomething

Who among us is so confident in our next moment, that we squander all we have been given in this moment? Most. If you feel it today, doing it tomorrow won’t make it easier. Waiting until tomorrow will make it harder. If this is your moment. Do something. #normal40 #thetrade #inspiration #motivation #dosomething #jfds

Never waste an impulse to do something nice. Make the call. Give the compliment. Write the note. Hold the hand. Take the time. Slow the walk. Make contact. Love yourself. The cost is free. The dividends last a lifetime. #normal40 #thetrade #ramble
