Join us for an invigorating journey of movement, nature, and renewal. We begin at 1 Hotel Copenhagen with a 5-kilometer run that takes us through the city and along the waterfront, culminating at Sauna House in Nordhavn, where your restoration awaits.
At Sauna House, immerse yourself in a 75-minute sauna ritual led with intention by Löga Sauna. The experience blends the power of heat, mindful nourishment, and nature-inspired treatments—designed to help you release, recharge, and restore balance.
Run, sweat, swim, taste, and renew – a full-circle wellness ritual inspired by the rhythm of nature.
Löga is a world created by history, memories, and the desire to awaken the senses, to connect you deeply with nature.

We start at @1hotelcopenhagen with a 5 km run through the city and finish at @sauna_housedk in Nordhavn. All your belongings will be transported safely from the hotel to the sauna.
There, a 75-minute sauna ritual with @logasauna awaits— intentional heat, mindful nourishment, and nature-inspired treatments to help you release, recharge, and reset.

This place holds so many stories - Gylsboda used to be a quarry (open pit excavation) and where you see a lake today people used to work and carry stones. Crazy, true?
Now, they connect these stories with a new purpose - to continue developing the area in a sustainable way 🌿
