👋🏼 Hey, I’m Logan — welcome.
I’m the founder of Tremellen, a video production company based in Lancaster, PA. We help businesses create video content that actually drives results: clearer messaging, stronger trust, and more action from the people they’re trying to reach.
I’ve spent the last six years behind the camera, building a company that serves clients across the U.S. — from Honda, Chevy Racing, and Tony Robbins to local businesses and fast-growing B2B brands. What started with documenting my own health journey and early entrepreneurship has turned into a full-scale production partner for companies who want more than “just another video.”
A few things that shape me:
• I was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease at 16, and have had 3 intestine surgeries since.
• I was baptized this past January, and my faith guides how I lead and how I work.
• I’m engaged to my fiancé, Lauren — the love of my life.
• I’m obsessed with entrepreneurship, storytelling, and helping businesses.
On this page, you’ll see the behind-the-scenes of what we do at Tremellen — the projects we take on, the process, the lessons, and the strategies we use to help brands stand out.
If you’re a business owner, marketer, or leader looking to grow, you’re in the right place.
I’m glad you’re here - say hi 👋🏼
Dear Lauren,
I thought I was just getting my own apartment.
I thought I was just moving closer to town.
I thought I was just going to run club to make new friends.
I didn’t know that God was guiding me to find you. From the moment I set my eyes on you, I was in love.
I wanted to get to know you, to be your friend, and to treat you like you’ve never been treated before.
I was honored that you even said yes to go on a date with me.
I was stunned by how amazing, fun, and loving you are.
And now, after 11 months of knowing you…
I can call you my Fiancé! ❤️
It’s crazy what can happen in 10 years.
On may 16th, 2015 I had an atv accident while competing at a national race that punctured my intestine leading to a 9 day coma, 5 surgeries, 6 weeks in the hospital, and a Crohn’s Disease diagnosis.
In 2018 I moved home from Florida after a flare up that left me bedridden and 30 lbs skinner. I weighed 102lbs.
In 2020 I was forced to move home from NYC after another flare up put me back in the hospital, down 40lbs, resulting in a triple bowel reaction surgery and an ostomy bag.
1.5 years later I had the pleasure of having an ostomy reversal surgery!
Now, I’m stronger, healthier, and more lively than I’ve ever been before! Currently at 170 lbs and growing!
I’m so thankful for my life and so excited to see what God has in store for the next 10 years!
Most creatives don’t have a talent problem.
They have a positioning problem.
Last night I spoke about the gap between where most freelancers are… and where they actually want to be.
More money.
More freedom.
More consistency.
Here’s the truth:
If you’re selling your time, you’ll always be stuck chasing your next project.
The shift is simple, but uncomfortable:
→ Stop selling “what you do”
→ Start selling “what it does”
Clients don’t care about your camera, your edits, or your style.
They care about:
• More leads
• Faster sales
• Stronger trust
Once you position yourself around outcomes, everything changes:
• Your pricing makes sense
• Your value is clear
• Your business becomes scalable
And if you pair that with a real process, not chaos, you stop being a vendor and start becoming a partner.
That’s how you build something sustainable.
Your next move is simple:
On your next proposal:
Sell the outcome, not the deliverable
Give them 3 options based on their budget
Stop selling your time.
Start building a business.

I do not have the strength to do this alone. I do not have the courage to do this alone. I do not have the skills to do this alone. However, as I now have a feeling that I am not enough, I know that I do not have to do this alone.
I will do this with Christ by my side.
I am scared. I am worried. I am unsure of all that comes with developing my life to live for Jesus Christ. Godly I am new in living a godly life. However, I am the most fearful of where my life would go without a dedication to serve God.
Through me, God desires to impact the world.
Everyone struggling with health issues who sees my value.
Everyone struggling with purpose who sees my joy.
Everyone struggling with love who sees my kindness.
I want to dedicate every single day of my life to God. To display Jesus Christ through my daily life.
Through my online presence, my companies, my current business, and all of my future businesses.
I give my life to God.
To live through me.
To use me.
To push me.
To show me the way of His choosing.
For I do not have the power alone, but I have faith that God will fill my body and life with the power of the Holy Spirit.
I love God.
I need God.
I am alive because of God.
“Why does video cost so much?”
Or more specifically…
“Why doesn’t this cost $500?”
Here’s the honest answer.
You’re not paying for a camera.
You’re paying for everything behind it.
Before a single frame is shot, there’s strategy.
What’s the goal?
Who’s this for?
Where will it live?
What action should it drive?
Then comes planning.
Scripts. Shot lists. Locations. Schedules. Crew. Gear. Timing.
Then comes production.
Multiple people. Long days. Expensive equipment. Controlled lighting. Clean audio. Dozens of small decisions that make the difference between “fine” and “effective.”
Then comes post-production.
Editing. Color. Sound. Revisions. Exports. Formatting for different platforms.
And finally—experience.
Knowing what not to shoot.
Knowing what actually moves the needle.
Knowing how to turn a story into something that works for your business.
Anyone can press record.
Very few people can create a video that earns attention, builds trust, and drives action.
That’s why we don’t compete on price.
We compete on outcome.
Because cheap video is expensive when it doesn’t work.
This isn’t to convince you.
It’s to clarify expectations.
If you want the lowest price, we’re probably not the right fit.
If you want something built intentionally, strategically, and to last—then you’ll understand exactly what you’re paying for.
