#Ford_Ambassador This was a super fun trip deep into the Beartooths in the heart of winter, tucked beneath one of my favorite north facing walls. The mixed climbing here is always good… and almost always bone chilling cold. With the lower elevations struggling this season, heading high into the peaks has been the move for quality alpine winter climbing and it did not disappoint. I’ve been especially thankful for the Ford Super Duty® on missions like this. Hauling all the gear, supplies, and everything it takes to get into these zones isn’t easy—and in Wyoming, nothing ever is. Long approaches, icy roads, high mountain passes, rough terrain, and sometimes six feet of snow… getting there is half the battle.
