9/8 7 PM— a love that never ends: THE PERSONAL CINEMA of LOGAN LYNETTE BURROUGHS
On Sunday September 8th, Millennium Film Workshop brings you a screening and artist talk with Logan Lynette Burroughs. Burroughs is a visual poet focusing on capturing the tenderness and intricate intimacy of Black life, especially in the South. They received their bachelors in Fine Arts with a focus in Photography in 2021 and since then have expanded their practice to video composition and moving image. Logan’s work has been shown in a number of film festivals including New Orleans Film Festival and exhibited at the North Carolina Museum of Art and the South Eastern Center for Contemporary Art.
Let’s celebrate a love that never ends.
