The DEFI is really freaking windy this year!! We already finished 3 races and I’m slowly falling apart. Feels great though! I got my best DEFI results ever, getting into the top 100 already twice. On my no cam 5.8 and 100L freerace board.😁 Some update VLogs will follow on YouTube!

What a day one at Defi Wind — nuking winds, sunshine, and 1199 racers taking on the Tramontane. 🌬️
A while back we asked Monty which sails he'd recommend for Defi on a fin board. In short: Racingblade all the way down to 5.2. If the wind is too strong for the smallest Racingblade — Oxygen small sizes. And if even that's too much — Purelip all the way.

Well, I had some back pain after this session, but it felt amazing! My jumping progress is still pretty slow, but I feel I’m getting closer slowly to the „hover jumps“. Just need to learn how to not just „drop“ and keep „floating“..😄

The days in windsurf paradise are coming to an end! Monday I will head back to Germany to live some normal office life and prepare myself for the next adventures. This years Tarifa trip, I must say, was the best since many years. Never have I windsurfed here so much!! A few more videos will be coming as well from here..😄🤙🏽
