A little over a year ago I created a series about Invisible Illness for my graduation.
I have never shown the full video on Instagram before, but I still wanted to share it because it potrays the struggles, loneliness, physical and mental pain better then I can personally put into words. I hope this video makes at least some people more aware that there is more to others than meets the eye and that a little kindness does a lot more than you might realise, especially now that the world is on fire.
To end on a more positive note, I want to share that if you are currently suffering there is always someone that can help even though you might never fully be healed. I personally waited 22 years for a diagnoses and am currently in intense rehabilitation. Never forget about the things you love to do, you might create something beautiful. 🌿
