Last week, our teams across the company came together to recognize Construction Safety Week and what it means to be All In Together—with a focus on the pillars of Recognize, Respond, and Respect. Throughout the week across locations, teams gathered for safety breakfasts and lunches, creating time to connect, have meaningful conversations, and refocus on the fundamentals that keep everyone safe every day. Members of our senior leadership team also spent time out on jobsites, connecting directly with crews and reinforcing our shared commitment to safety in the field. At one of our projects, the team also participated in a dunk tank event hosted by our partner, PCL Construction—bringing a little fun to the week while continuing to build strong relationships and encourage engagement around safety! Thank you to everyone who participated and shared photos. Construction Safety Week may be behind us, but being All In Together is something we carry forward every day!

Loenbro’s Training & Recruiting teams in Dallas, TX were honored to recently welcome and train students from @iecdallas and @forgenow , a veteran-focused trade school—with the help of our amazing partners and our new Loenbro training mobile unit! Loenbro visited the IEC Dallas classroom to discuss our electrical apprenticeship curriculum and provide an overall company overview to the students. We also hosted ForgeNow students at our Loenbro Mobile Training Unit so they could see the space and discuss our apprenticeship program and culture of training & achievement. During and after the event, several of these students proceeded to fill out job applications at Loenbro! We’re always excited to work with the next generation of industry leaders—thank you to everyone who helped make this event possible!

Our partnership with @yfcusa reflects our dedication to making a meaningful impact beyond the jobsite. By supporting Youth for Christ’s Juvenile Justice Program, we’re investing in youth, strengthening communities, and helping to promote hope, character, and positive change. On April 28th, over 40 employees from our Tennessee team handwrote cards of encouragement for the incarcerated youth in the community! We are grateful for the opportunity to create a meaningful connection with the YFC students.

Loenbro's Q2 all-company Town Hall meeting on April 29th was a success! This event was an opportunity for our teams across the company to come together, hear important updates, and celebrate our collective hard work & recent achievements. Livestreamed from our Tempe, Arizona warehouse, teams in every other region gathered locally to watch and connect with one another. In-person attendees enjoyed food and drinks, giveaways, and the chance to win exciting raffle prizes. A big thank-you to our teams and hosts at each regional gathering that helped to make the meeting a success!

As Construction Safety Week comes to a close, we’re grateful for the many valuable reminders this week provided us…primarily, that safety isn’t just about rules or procedures—it’s about people. We are grateful to our field teams for sharing their ‘why’ for staying safe, highlighting what matters most: the ability to go home safely to family and friends…and to continue enjoying life outside of the workplace. Thank you to our crews for the care, accountability, and pride you bring to your job site, every day. You help us ensure that safety doesn’t end this week—it’s a commitment we make on every task, every time!

𝐏𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐀𝐑 #𝟑: 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐄𝐂𝐓: 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 high‑energy, high‑hazard, and STCKY (‘Stuff that Can Kill You’) activities means planning for and implementing the direct controls to prevent serious injuries and fatalities. Every team member plays a critical role in planning and executing these direct controls—at every step of the project. If something changes, we stop, we reassess, and we replan. Respect shows up through accountability, ownership, and the willingness to look out for one another at every step. Stay tuned as we wrap up the week tomorrow with a special video from our field teams and learn more about Construction Safety Week at 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤.𝐜𝐨𝐦!

𝗣𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗔𝗥 #𝟮: 𝗥𝗘𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐃: 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 to recognized hazards by putting direct controls in place during the planning phase is key to preventing serious injuries/fatalities during construction. Applying the Hierarchy of Risk Controls is one of the most effective ways to manage hazards and ensure adequate controls are in place prior to beginning work. Construction Safety Week emphasizes the importance of consistent, practiced responses to high‑risk situations across the industry. When teams are aligned and prepared to act decisively, we reduce uncertainty, which improves outcomes and ultimately saves lives. By being All In Together and committing to recognize hazards and respond appropriately, we strengthen our safety culture and reinforce our responsibility to look out for one another—every task, every time. 𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝘂𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗟𝗼𝗲𝗻𝗯𝗿𝗼 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 (𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟰 – 𝟴, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲)! Construction Safety Week has long been a powerful show of force, a catalyst for bringing the industry together and putting a spotlight on the critical importance of health and safety in one of the largest employment sectors in the world. Construction Safety Week 2026 builds off the headline “All In Together” and centers around three primary pillars of safety— 𝙍𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙜𝙣𝙞𝙯𝙚, 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙙, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙘𝙩 —to build a unified call to action on high energy, high hazard work to prevent serious injuries and fatalities. 𝗣𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗔𝗥 #𝟭: 𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗢𝗚𝗡𝗜𝗭𝗘: 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗲 focuses on the identification and recognition of high energy, high hazards and STCKY (the ‘Stuff That Can Kill You’) and the importance of having a common framework for early identification of these high energy hazards. Research from the Construction Safety Research Alliance reveals that during typical pre-task plan briefings, construction workers identify only 45% of the hazards they face. However, when hazard discussions incorporate tools like the Energy Wheel model, recognition rates improve by 30%, significantly enhancing on-site safety awareness. Construction Safety Week is uniting teams across the construction industry to adopt and recognize consistent identifiers—or precursors— of Serious Injuries and Fatality events. By working together with one clear framework, we can help prevent serious injuries and save lives. Learn more about this framework and the pillars to success at 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸.𝗰𝗼𝗺!

May is Mental Health Awareness Month! Mental health is just as important as physical safety in the industrial space, long hours, demanding environments, and time away from home can take a toll. This month reminds us of the importance of checking in, speaking up, and looking out for one another. Strong teams are built on trust, communication, and the knowledge that you are not alone. Small conversations can make a big difference in creating more good days, together. If you or someone you know is in crisis, support is available 24/7 by calling or texting 988 or visiting 988lifeline.org
