Our Lockton Graduate Community Day at @spitalfieldscityfarm was a brilliant opportunity to roll up our sleeves and give back to the local community.
From caring for the animals and grooming, to weeding, clearing a muddy pond, washing the polytunnels, potting pants and seeding, we got involved in every part of farm life. It was a day full of hard work, teamwork, and plenty of laughs along the way.
A huge thank you to everyone at Spitalfields Farm for having us, we had a fantastic day learning new skills, getting stuck in, and making a positive impact together.

Not only did they complete the 26.2 miles, but they also raised funds for charities close to their hearts - including our charity partner of the year @togetherforshortlives

Last Tuesday, our London office had the pleasure of hosting Catherine Hamilton, who shared her expertise in Inclusion & Diversity, Executive Behaviour, and Personal Impact in a dynamic session.
The session deepened our understanding of recognising microexpressions and microaggressions, as well as the impact of micro-affirmations. It was engaging and interactive, giving associates the opportunity to share perspectives and further develop their skills.
