Yet again, grateful doesn’t cut it.. I wouldn’t be anywhere without you all & you know who you are 🤍 It’s been the best year yet 🪄

Wednesday BTS!! Warning - SOPPY. When I met Nirvana you’d have had no idea her humble ass not only looked after Jenna for Wednesday but also won a bloody Emmy for her work on Season 1. I basically straight up asked her ‘do you need an assistant for Season 2 & can it be me’ immediately after (keen, can you blame me). What I didn’t realise is that, fast forward 6 months, I’d get flown out to Dublin & introduced to the most gorgeous team, kindest crew, and enhance my career by miles (nirvana is the best teacher). @nirvanajmakeup showed me nothing but support, endless lessons & bants. @lizzie_watkins not only the coolest cat around but the best in the businesses at her job, @jennaortega for being the most sweetest & patient lady & a complete power house!! These 12 weeks were the absolute best and I’m so grateful I was a part of the journey. 💜 EP 6 BTS 💕 When Wednesday and Enid body swap - she has an allergic reaction to colour. @nirvanajmakeup wanted to cover her face, neck, hands and arms in bondos to give the ‘hive’ effect. I helped apply & colour the hives to Jenna’s hands and arms whilst Nirvana bossed the rest 💪🏼 The hair and makeup was also so much fun to assist on, Nirvana absolutely killed Enid in Wednesday’s body look and I loved everything from the trials, prepping and the call itself! There was much more bondo prep for this look (I mean.. 6 boxes more) so it was very nice to get the chance to apply them with Nirvana 🤪 On a side note, how good is Wednesday as Enid?! 🖤 BTS EP 5! 🖤 I had the pleasure of helping @nirvanajmakeup during the call for Wednesday’s post crash wounds on her face and hands (with the crafty and thorough checks of Nirvana). I was also on duty to seal & fill Wednesday’s back of head wounds, of which we had six on rotation. Matthew from prosthetic’s land soooo, very kindly, gave me a masterclass on scraping the pro bondo with metallic sheets and OH WoWWWZA was it a game changer! Highly, highly recommend for fast & efficient bondo filling! Sooooooo hyped to see all of this on screen! Thank you thank you THANK YOU @nirvanajmakeup !!! OKKAAAAAAAAAY. EP 5 wounds!!! This is actually what the call sounded like working with these two FYI. I was sooooo lucky to assist Nirvana on the show but as if I got to help her during these calls!! I was a VERY small part in getting Jenna ready for Wednesday Addams, hand drawing her hand & some face scars and I’m so grateful for the opportunity. Just remembered I had these Timelapse’s from last summer doing dailies in the new Fantastic 4 crowd room! The brief was Late 50’s - early 60’s. I had soooo much fun setting & dressing the hair and doing colourful pastel eyeshadows with a bright lip!! Also gave a poor girl a very comedic fake beard & tashe shadow with scalp palette. 🩸 SPEAK NO EVIL 🩸 Lucky, lucky me!! I got to look after the brilliant & gorgeous Aisling Franciosi who played Ciara in James Watkin’s ‘Speak No Evil’. Creating her bruising position, maintaining her hair colour & doing her everyday makeup was an absolute privilege and I was super honoured to be trusted with it! My days were filled with cast spray tans, bondo filling and a WHOLE LOTTA BLOOD! My first cinema credit!! Eeeeek Big thank you to all the cast, crew & most importantly the brilliant makeup team for making Croatia & Gloucestershire such a fun one & having me be a small part of a bloody big feature film!! If you haven’t seen it yet - I highly recommend.
