This work is bigger than boxing. It is about showing up for the next generation with encouragement, guidance, support, and care.
Volunteers may help with program activities, youth engagement, registration, logistics, outreach, and creating a safe environment where youth can grow, learn, and build confidence.
Your time matters. Your presence matters. Your willingness to serve can help a young person feel seen, supported, and capable.

Since 2017, the Lennox Lewis League of Champions Foundation has hosted invitational boxing development experiences in Jamaica focused on identifying and developing high-potential Jamaican talent through elite training, mentorship, discipline, and opportunity.🥊
Built with the understanding that many talented fighters in Jamaica do not always have access to the same level of resources, exposure, and development opportunities, the program was created to help bridge that gap while building pathways to the next level.
Over time, the initiative also evolved into creating opportunities for athletes from around the world to come train in Jamaica, building an environment rooted in cultural exchange, global exposure, and elite athlete development.
From 2023–2025, the vision expanded through consistent elite athlete development camps centered on boxing IQ, technical development, leadership, and preparation for higher levels of competition.

Operation Shelter Update:
Our architect and partner on Operation Shelter JA, Isiaa Madden from @designhq.ja has been instrumental from day one shaping the vision behind every home.💫
As we transition from emergency response to execution, that early work is what’s helping us turn plans into real homes for real families.
All 50 container homes have now been delivered to Jamaica, and we’ve officially entered the installation phase, conducting site assessments identifying preparation needs, and laying the groundwork for installation across St. James, Hanover, and Westmoreland.
This is where vision turns into structure and where impact becomes real.
