It's been a busy few months for the LTH crew:
@tom_chudley
Redemption meet for Tom, as he managed to turn this prep around and hit a big PR on squats, restore confidence on deadlifts and miss a big 3rd bench due to techincal issues (mistimed the press command). Great handling by

Maria went 3/3 on squats, never reaching a true max since her limiting factor has always been hitting consistent depth. Safe to say that's not an issue anymore. Also took home heaviest female bench of the comp and a nice total PB under IPF standards, matching her best ever powerlifting total.

Being more of a consultant/ steering partner for Zoe, it was a pleasure seeing her believe in her capabilites more and more as the comp approached. She had lots of fun, went 9/9, broke the squat, bench and total record while also taking the best open lifter award and 2nd best female lifter overall. Yep, that was actually her first comp.
@aiantasps
First comp for Aiantas too and some lower back discomfort didn't allow us to express our top end strength on squats or deadlifts. However he still came out with an 8/9. Lots of things to work on in the "off-season" and lots of muscle to be put on.
@petercosmopoulos
Turns out externals aren't real. Engineer school, 5-6 hours of sleep/ day, injuring his knee twice, getting his initial flight cancelled, then having to land 3 days before his comp while battling a 7 time zone jet lag. All of this didn't phase him as he won the 83s, placed 2nd overall in the JRs, broke the 83 JR deadlift national record and hit the national team QT. Sky's the limit for this kid.
@giorgos_pdg
3rd comp with George as he continues to improve. We hit big PB, won the battle of the 105s and placed 5th overall in the open. Most importantly, after he suffered a back tweak post 3rd squats, I got to see the cloth he's really made of as he went on to hit our planned 3rd, showing incredible heart and a will to win.
