I always start hooping session with those couple of moves, it allow me to stretch my shoulder and activate my body in a soft and effective way 🦧
Mandala is one of the move I prefer to do early in my session as well with btb tosses and breaks.

The hardest part of the pandemic was losing the human interactions, it felt so weird becoming solely an online shop. Theres no better feeling than seeing you walk in our shop with excitement (it always makes us feel like a magical candy shop 😂) and getting to geek about props together, compare textures, colors and play! We always meet amazing people this way, our festival booth is the best part of this job 🖤
The time has come for a REFRESH ✨Here's a bit of LMF history.
I (Marie) drew our original logo back in 2016, when Dereck and I were just settling down together in Montreal, freshly back from living in my car on the West coast and broke as hell. We sat down and brainstormed about a logo for "Les Marchands de Feu" (hence "LMF"), which means "The Fire Merchants" in french. And that was it! The flaming LMF eye was born, and stayed pretty much untouched up until now.
We all know it's been a really weird past few years, and we felt the moment has come for a change. A breath of fresh air. We hope you'll like the new look!
I dug out the original brainstorm drawings for fun, that multi-prop Marco Poulpo needed his moment of glory 😝
