We’re pleased to announce we will be working alongside Dorset & Somerset Air Ambulance (DSAA), a charity delivering specialist critical care across the region. Last week, we had the privilege of touring the team’s base in Henstridge and learning more about their work. The DSAA has grown from tending to around 400 patients each year to approximately 1,800 today. Funded entirely by public donations, the service is delivered by an expert team of pilots, doctors and critical care practitioners that provide hospital-level care at the scene. With a second helicopter being introduced and plans to expand towards operating a 24/7 service, the DSAA’s ability to support more patients continues to grow. We’re proud to support their communications and help raise awareness of their impressive work. Thank you Georgina Fuller for such a wonderful write up in the @dailymail on @ladrambay recently. We were delighted to welcome Georgina and her family to the stunning Devon Holiday Park last October, organising a weekend of activities for her three children (aged 11-16). The fun-packed itinerary included jewellery making, swimming, electric go-karting, and plenty of time to walk the coastal path with their two labradors. February marks five years since we launched our award-winning podcast @itrunsinthefamilypodcast . It Runs in the Family is hosted by our MD, Liz, and Associate Director, Leila, and shares the stories of other family businesses. Since launching in 2021, Liz and Leila have met and recorded with over 130 families! From turkey farms, breweries, celebrity chef-owned restaurants, a ball pit and cocktail bar, cheese makers, wine makers, and fertility-tech brands, the Willingham pair have heard their fair share of family business tales.
